Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping – Estimated delivery by next business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a qualifying amount. Check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shop@wellnessandnaturalskin.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
